[Vidéo] Bring Me The Horizon : "Mother Tongue" (Paroles / Lyrics)

Voir (et entendre) un jour Bring Me The Horizon faire de la Pop sucrée et balancer des chansons d'amour est sans doute une chose qui n'avait même pas traversé l'esprit des fans du groupe britannique à ses débuts. Pourtant, c'est bien ce qu'Oliver Sykes et sa bande a fait en ce début d'année 2019.

"Mother Tongue" est le cinquième titre de l'album Amo (sorti le 25 janvier 2019) à recevoir une vidéo après "Mantra", "Wonderful Life", "Medicine" et "Nihilist Blues". Pour ce morceau très (très très) Pop, le groupe a opté pour un clip relativement sobre qui, comme on pouvait s'y attendre, présente une relation amoureuse, Oli Sykes ayant expliqué qu'il faisait ici plus ou moins référence à sa rencontre et à son mariage avec sa (nouvelle) femme : le mannequin brésilien Alissa Salls avec qui il s'est marié en juillet 2017.
