Le groupe, qui a sorti son dernier album Devil May Care en novembre 2016, présente donc un quatrième album dont le premier extrait, "Unaware", a été publié en étant accompagné d'un clip au début du mois de juillet 2018. "Coma Blue" est donc le deuxième extrait de ce même album. C'est aussi le morceau qui ouvre ce dernier. Pour le clip, on a droit à une vidéo (assez violente) au format 4:3, en noir et blanc, présentant un (faux) plan séquence où la caméra tourne sur elle même sur un axe horizontal, comme pour nous faire perdre nos repères...
