Si "Nero Forte" est fort comme un très court café italien, le titre s'étale tout de même sur plus de cinq minutes. Réalisée par Shawn "Clown" Crahan lui-même (l'un des membres du groupe), cette vidéo est la quatrième de l'album We Are Not Your Kind après "Unsainted", "Solway Firth" et "Birth Of The Cruel". L'album est évidemment toujours en écoute dans son intégralité via la page Youtube du groupe.
